SAVETS Refund Policy

SAVETS is a nonprofit organization committed to serving the U.S. veteran community through secure peer support, reintegration resources, and access to essential services. We are deeply grateful for the generous support of our donors, partners, and community members.

🔹 Donations Are Final

All donations made to SAVETS, whether online, by mail, or through other channels, are final and non-refundable. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, SAVETS relies on charitable contributions to fulfill its mission, and funds are promptly used to support our programs and services.

🔹 Tax-Deductible Contributions

All eligible donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Upon receipt of a donation, SAVETS provides a written acknowledgment for tax reporting purposes.

🔹 Incorrect Transactions or Errors

If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate donation, incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the case and may issue a refund at our sole discretion in cases of proven error.

🔹 Event Registrations or Fees

If SAVETS hosts a fundraising event or program with a registration fee, separate refund policies may apply. These policies will be clearly stated at the point of purchase or registration.
